Oh dear..there's a long story behind this cake. Somebody order this cake at 11am, and want it by 5pm..well, i have ample of time to make the cake IF i dont have 2 sick sons, and with my youngest son just got his thumb cut last night and we spent the whole night last night at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead.., but i see it as a challenge and thought just go for it and do this cake...Cut the story short, i dont have enough time to deco this cake nicely...honestly, i hated the deco..but with time running out, i have no choice but to give in to this amateurish simple deco..dont get me wrong, i AM just an amateur baker...but i know if i have some more time, it can look a little bit better...well, next time...
