Healthy Popia @ Vietnamese Spring Rolls
This popia/spring roll is very healthy indeed. Made with rice paper that i soaked 1 min in warm water, and added some shredded fresh vegs such as carrot, taugeh, cucumber, spring onion, and sprinkle some crushed roasted peanuts and steamed prawns...eat with sweet,sour,spicy sauce. Yummy!! Suitable for the health conscious dieters.
