Cream Cheese n Chocolate Cream Puff

This is unbelievably easy to make and taste so heavenly as well.







RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

* 2 (8 ounce) roll of puff pastry
* 500-600 g cream cheese
* 200 g white sugar
* 2-3tbs demerara sugar
* 5 ml vanilla extract
* 110 g butter/margerine, melted
* 50 g white sugar
* 2 g ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
2. Press one roll of puff pastry into the bottom of the prepared pan. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the pastry layer. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay them on top of the cream cheese layer. Do not press down. Pour the melted margarine/butter over the entire pan. Combine demerara sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is crisp and golden.

  3. I love desserts too. Love to try make them. But, those were in the old days. La ni, bz giler..

    Natrah, bg la resepi utk yg ni. Mana tau nanti i try. So far, i baru buat puding roti and lasagne je with my new oven (dah lbh 6 bln pun usianya :) )
