Swiss Meringue Buttercream



Roszi, i cant find your question, but if i'm not mistaken, it's about swiss buttercream. This is a great video about making a swiss meringue buttercream. It uses egg whites, sugar and butter. Much much less fat that the normal buttercream. (Roszi, sorry lah for the long delay in replying your question...dah tu cari tak jumpa lak..anyway, aku pun tak pro sangat memasak ni, setakat yg aku tahu, aku share lah k...)
