Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake

..top with white chocolate...it's sooooo moist and sinly wonderful...once awhile treat...

Hi natrah.. aku ni roszi IT di Putra..ingat lagi tak? aku suka tgk choc cake kau...aku nak mintak advice kau...aku belajar buat kek pakai krim yg guna krimwell (sapu kek) dan shortening (buat rumput dan border)..masalahnya, aku x suka rasa shortening dan krimwell dan krim yg manis. Msia lak cuaca panas. Ada idea tak krim apa yg sesuai? Tak manis dan x bubuh krimwell or shortening serta x mudah cair? French buttercream or swiss buttercream sesuai x? Kalau ada, blh x bg resepi dia dan cara membuatnya..tq
