Japanese Cotton Cheesecake with Chocolate Frosting emmm

Actually it's quite hard to bake a perfect light cheesecake. But with a little skill and a lot of determination, anyone can have a fluffy and spongy homemade cake. Tak payah beli kat Secret Recipe anymore umm...:-)
And the cute cupcakes are in fact a banana cake with buttercream frosting. Sekali ngap je...and of course, yummy!!
